All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day to maintain efficiency and consistency. Once processed, customers may select from several delivery options depending on their needs. Standard shipping typically requires 5 to 7 business days but depending on your location, expedited shipping reduces this timeframe to 2 to 3 business days also depending on your location. While these estimates are accurate under normal circumstances, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or regional factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. To reward our loyal customers, we offer free standard shipping on all orders exceeding seventy-five dollars. For international customers, we proudly ship worldwide, though delivery times may extend to seven to twenty-one business days depending on the destination. It is important to note that customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Transparency is central to our process. Once an order has been shipped, customers receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing them to monitor the progress of their package directly through the carrier’s website. In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, we encourage customers to contact us within forty-eight hours, providing photographs where applicable. While we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during transit, we will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier to ensure a fair resolution.
